Choose a whole guidebook stage
Pick any stage from the guide, wherever it starts. If it does not start where the day before ended, that day is flagged so you can fix the order.
Send it to the app
Opening it in the app
- Get the file onto your phone: share it from here, or email or message it to yourself.
- In the app, open Settings, then Backup and restore, then Restore backup.
- Choose the file. The app shows what it contains before anything is added.
- Your plan appears in the app next to any plans you already have. Nothing is replaced.
Opening the same file twice does not make a second copy.
