HISTORY: The church has a representation of Santiago Matamoros (St James the Moorslayer) and St James the Pilgrim. Ask for the key at Bar Iñaki. The owner will accompany you.

DIRECTIONS: Continue on the road until you see a sign close to km 61 indicating a turn downhill to the left to Gañecolete, past the hamlet following a small stream to re-join the main road. Stay on the road until you see another sign to the left. Follow this along a grassy path to reach Ibañeta.
